Lucas Sousa Gondim - NIVEA - Body Milk

When working on campaigns for Emerging Markets, we often need to adapt content originally developed for other regions to make it relevant for local consumers.

In this project, our task was to reshoot a global ad and tailor it specifically for the Indian market, to introduce the New NIVEA Body Milk – Rich Nourishing, featuring a new formula with 100% pure Hyaluron, Almond Oil, and Deep Nourish Serum that delivers 72 hours of moisture.

Our goal was to help the audience recognize the superior value proposition of NIVEA Body Milk by showing that it goes beyond basic moisturization — it deeply nourishes the skin, leaving it healthy-looking and beautiful. We built the narrative around a simple truth: when your skin looks and feels healthy and nourished, you feel great in it. And when you feel great, you move through the world with more confidence — empowered to be proudly and authentically yourself.

When it comes to authenticity and empowered confidence, no one represents that better than Indian celebrity and Bollywood star Taapsee Pannu, who starred in our campaign across three different scenarios: a romantic dinner date, a joyful picnic with friends, and a stunning traditional Indian wedding.

Here are just some of the many assets we created for this campaign, which included a full range of materials for TV, digital, and social media.

The voice-over in most of these assets is just a placeholder, as each local market translates the script into its own language and uses local talent to deliver a more relatable and culturally relevant intonation. However, we also produced specific versions featuring Taapsee’s voice-over in Hinglish.
